Great Hotel with a few glitches

Check in was horrible we arrived at 2 pm and our rooms were not ready till 5:30 pm. We were tired and had to wait in lobby with no Air Conditioning. There is no A/C in elevators and in hall ways. The rooms were ok can use a bit of upgrading. The Staff was nice and the location is excellent. The Food is good but the buffets are a bit redoundant. That is the food does not change much for breakfast and lunch. The drinks are all low grade alcohol and are all watered down. I do not know if I would stay here again?
