My wife & I satyed there for one week. The Dinner menu was not changed for 3 straight nghts. Also, The Manor Buffet is Closed on Tuesdays & Thursday Evenings. Not enough staff to help you out and Every Meal you had to sign in and wait to be seated. We've never had to do that at any Resort that we stayed at before. The selection of Food was not good enough for an All Inclusive Price. The Fish was Cold and not evenly cooked. On the 3rd day we found out from other guests that we could get Bottled Water at the Reception Desk and we were always asking for water and was told to ask the housekeeepers for bottles. I blame the management for the way were and all of the other guests felt. The Employees alwas had a grim expression and you could tell they really did not want to be there. Transportation to town or excersions was a joke! It costs per couple a minimum of $20.00 just to go down town. No free shuttles to town or even reasonable rates for groups or couples. one family had 6 people and it costs them $120.00 one way to town and they choice not to go. The management had better wake up and smell the coffee or they will not get much more business.
