I will not go back......

When my family arrived hotel, front desk told us that they do not have our two reserved rooms any more. We had to check into temporary room for one night and moved to new rooms next day after 5 different trip to front desk. Rooms were small and smelly. Minibar was never fill up properly and food was not good. We stay 7 days and 3 of my family member got sick after eating seafood. We have been going to cancun every summer for last 4 years but this hotel was the worest. I will not recommend to anyone.
