If you don't mind very hard beds, this is the place for you. The beds were fairly new, very clean,OK bedding, but hard. Bring your own pillow. The bath is old and dated, but very clean. Had a problem with overspray in the shower- showerhead needed fixing. The continental breakfast included donuts, instant oatmeal, milk, orange juice, coffee and tea, so it was adequate. The pool was sparkling clean and the jacuzzi spa was nice, but no bubbles were working. The location was great for walking down to the lake or over the stateline. The neighborhood has several hotels that are closed - some being repaired and remodeled- but the area is somewhat depressed. The staff and service were adequate. Expect to pay more for any decent accommodation in So. Lake Tahoe.
