We were given a room that was under repair. Then we were given a room that had not been cleaned (bed pillows out of order, wet towels in the bathroom, a pair of shorts on the floor). It looked like someone had come in after it was cleaned. We found that the windows had no locking mechanism (and were huge windows with access from the pool area...not a great feeling with our belongings not secure!). They put a stick in the window after our request for it. Deby (the lady at the front counter) was very embarrassed by all of this and apologized. The man who does maintanance was very kind. The lady in breakfast room needs a personality. Breakfast was good.
