Mind bending customer service. Very clear why the Four Seasons is the standard bearer defining what great service is about. From the room cleaning staff, front desk, bellhops, even burdensome requests are addressed as if they were nothing at all. For example, the zipper on my large suitcase was damaged. The front desk alerted the staff and the Bell Captain came up the room, examined the suitcase, and because the FS had a relationship with a repair shop, had suitcase fixed in 24 hours. They did not mark up repair bill and simply added charge to room. During the same visit, they took a few bags of clothes, shoes, etc, boxed and shipped it back to my hope. All I had to do was stuff bags and sign shipping slip. I am now a card carrying Four Season's groupie!
