Upon arrival at the hotel we were the only two people in the line. Two reservationist were helping customers. There were four others involved in (I assume there computer). Not one person aknowledged our presents. Only until one of the two that were helping someone else was done did we getting an aknowledgement. Not good for second impressions, the bellman was; he was courteous.
