Hotel looked nice at first glance, but on closer inspection is clearly dated and worn out. Furniture in the room is broken, wallpaper peeling, carpet worn and dirty, etc. The beds were OK, but sagging a little. Overall impression is "old". I was disappointed in the service....nobody at the concierge desk the entire 3-day stay, and front desk staff was either incorrect or "I don't know" to even basic questions. $17/day self parking is overpriced, and the charge to use the PC in the lobby/business center is pretty outrageous, even for nothing more than pre-flight checkin. However, the Hotel location is convenient to restaurants and the aquarium.
