Our first day we had a horrible room and a clerk who didn't seem to care about people with handicaps. Our room was in the back of the hotel. Very hard to get to and very steep parking. Our first night we had "elephants" above us and screaming children next door. The walls are very thin. Our second night, a very nice clerk moved us up to the front of the hotel. It was very handicapped-accessible and the room was very nice. We slept well the second night. If you're going . . . be sure to get a "premium" room. They are the best.
