Not my cup of tea

The location was pretty good although it is located on a very busy street which can sometimes be very hard to cross to get to hotel. The lobby and room were both nice and clean. The pillows were a little too flat for my liking but whatever. The staff was very nice and helpful. On our last full day there I got up a little later than usual and attempted to take a shower. There was no hot water. I went to the lobby to talk to the staff and it was full of other guests complaining about the same thing. The excuse given by staff was that the hotel was full and hot water would be limited between the hours of 7am and 9am. I wasn't happy about that. Later that morning I dropped a small bottle of perfume on the bathroom floor and it broke. I cleaned it up as best as I could but it really needed to be swept. I called the front desk and they said they would send housekeeping up to take care of it. They never showed. I called a second time but still a no show. I don't think we will be staying there again. I value a hot shower way too much.
