We registered at the front desk with no one else in the lobby waiting. Upon arriving at the room we realized we hadn't notified bell-service of our room number so I called the front desk. I tried 5 (not exaggerating) times and after ringing at least 10 times each no one answered the phone. I tried the bell desk and the front desk finally answered and said she would give the bell-service our info. 45 minutes later I called again 3 consecutive times with no answer to the front desk nor the bell desk. My husband decided to go to the lobby and retrieve our luggage himself. I continued to call both desks with no response. Finally, the same woman answered the front desk and she said she'd find out about the luggage. I told her my husband was on his way and is there a manager that I might speak with. She said she was the manager and I said this was ridiculous to wait an hour for our luggage and have no staff answering phones for any customer needs. The room was clean with nice furnishings but we will not be back again.
