The Nu Hotel is very stylish and welcoming- It reminded us of places where we have recently stayed in Europe. We were visiting family in Brooklyn, just a few blocks away, but it would be a great choice for a visitor who wouldn't mind walking a few blocks to the subway to get into the city. The Cobble Hill area has great restaurants and shops, so a tourist or business visitor could come back at the end of the day and find a reasonably-priced dinner within walking distance at one of the many little neighborhood spots. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was a plus.
