So disappointed....never again here.

We arrived at 10 in the morning in April of this year and they told us check in was 3:00 which was fine. However, it took until 4:30 until they would finally let us into a room and we had to throw a fit at that. We had been up since about 3:00 in the morning and were so exhausted. We booked the room as ocean front or ocean view but we were probably 20 minutes from even getting to the ocean. They failed to tell us about the long walk. When we asked about the ocean view, they said, 2 minute walk....not true......Waiting for the shuttle is next to impossible because it is a glorified golf cart, always full with long lines waiting. The restaurants are also that far away. They also fail to tell you that you can't get into all these so-called INCLUSIVE restaurants. Even if they are totally empty and your reservation is at 9:30 P.M., they won't let you in earlier and they were empty.. We travel alot. Have been to Hawaii many times, and also to Cancun, Aruba, Carribean, etc. and this place is a joke. The rooms were dirty tile floors, the shower had a concrete drain and floor. The patio door opened out to the pool, but there were so many tall bushes, there was no way you could walk out to the pool from the patio. The amount we paid was not inexpensive. We could go to Hawaii for much less and we certainly will. The people at the front desk were rude and didn't care at all if you were satisfied sure makes us appreciate HILTON. We will NEVER EVER be back here.
