My children and I recently stayed at this hotel. We had a matter that needed to be resolved with the management staff, we were repeatedly ignored and after several calls to the hotel, I did not recieve calls back to address my concern. My family and I stayed for a pre-Christmas get-a-way, however it ended being a night mare due to incompentent staff and staff that proved un eager to handle concerns. Also, the continential breakfast was not well stocked and I repeatedly had to ask for items to be brought out.
