horrible stay

My family and I stayed at this hotel, and staff was incompentent and rude, I was double charged and the staff on duty had no idea how to fix it. I was promised that the manager and GM would call me and no one called me. I had to call. The staff was neither appeasing or accomadating. Also the contental breakfast was not well stocked and I had to continously ask for things to be restocked.
