Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Newly renovated hotel with rooms close to what you would find in US based hotels. Good value for London however the loction is not best and a bit concerned about going out late nite. Closest underground is about 5 to 7 minute walk. Biggest complaint was comfort of the bed. Mattress was either too soft or worn. We had to sleep at the foot of the bed to keep from rolling into the middle. Given the chance again, I would probably book Holiday Inn at Kensington even if it were slightly higher cost. Better area, closer to more restaurants and underground ( Glouster road station) .
