Room For Improvement

Granted, I think the hotel was fairly new when we stayed, but they need to work out the kinks. The shuttle service (Free from airport to hotel) from the hotel was not large enough to accommodate all of the waiting passengers and after waiting 45 minutes, we gave up and took a very expensive taxi. While waiting, we tried several times to call the hotel, but our calls were never answered. The room was nice enough, but not very clean. The breakfast each morning was good. The location is fine for the airport, but to sight-see it is not very convenient. You have to take the shuttle back to the airport (5 Euros), then take the train...usually to Central Station.
