It's pretty, but they're missing the boat on service

We travel a lot, and let me tell you, don't expect a 5 star hotel. Yes, it's very pretty, but they're missing the boat when it comes to service. I've taken the liberty of listing below some of the deficiencies from the initial reservation to the day we arrived at Cuzco. 1. I needed to add a day to the reservation, called 4 times and left various messages. I sent at least 4 emails and finally, after another long distance phone call, got someone to extend the reservation. 2. Waited in the airport by the hotel desk for 45 minutes for the transportation. Finally just gave up and took a cab.3. Our initial room was smaller than a dog house. 4. On various occasions, we had no hot water in the mornings. 4. The WI-FI didn't work in the room. You had to take your lap top to the lobby. 5. Don't take the hotel arranged tours, they're way over priced for what you get. 5. I tried to change a $50 dollar bill at the front desk for a cab fare but was told that because the bill had a water stain, from the rafting, that they couldn't accept it. why? I have no idea, since they already had ,my credit card on file in case of a problems. instead I was directed around the block to the ATM. 6 When leaving, having been there a week, we were chased down by a couple of employees while already in the cab and made to come back in and pay for an over priced ($4.50) 3 ounce bottle of water that we inadvertently drank and forgot
