The bed was okay, but the lamp next to the bed was plugged in right behind the bed, so every time you moved you had to replug the light back in the socket. The toilet seat was broken - it was as if you were on a water ride. The pillows for the bed were tiny. We had booked this hotel because it had a hot tub, but it (and the pool) was not open in May. The front desk was very helpful & offered good tips for the caves. The room was clean and the hotel was only 10 minutes from the caves, but I would opt to stay elsewhere next time.
