Oh my, this resort has the finest beauty a resort can offer! Their landscaping is superb! I cannot imagine how much they spend on maintenance as it is impeccable. Green green and more green, BEAUTIFUL! We purchased a standard deluxe room and were upgraded (without asking) to this adorable one-bedroom "apartment" type. Clean, comfy and had a HUGE bathroom. Full size dining and livingroom area too! The resort is so big they have a tram that'll take you all over. Beach, bars, restaurants, pools, front desk, game areas, you name it and they will take you and be happy about it. It was fun to just hop on and take around the resort to check out all the beatuy. The staff is VERY friendly and make you feel good about being a part of them for you stay. We would pick up some bikes and ride around the resort or in the general area. Bikes are included in the all-inclusive package so take advantage of them. We would ride them in to town and use the Internet Cafe'. $12 hour if you use the resort Internet, $4 hour in town! And don't worry the residents in town are friendly and safe. As for food, yummy! We did not have a chance to try all the restaurants on-site but then ones we did were tasty and would make any pallet happy. The steak restaurant, Terra, however had terrible service. If your in a hurry or starving don't go as they are very very slow. When we finally got our food we were "over it" and took it all To Go and ate in our lovely room. I have ONE negative about this resort. Sadly, yes I found one. The SALES PITCH!!!! First, I am on vacation and do NOT want to sit for 90minutes and listen to some sales pitch on getting a time-share (or whatever they call it!) Secondly, just because I am there does NOT mean I am rich and can afford one and Thirdly, if I say NOT interested once don't keep on harassing me and hounding me so I have to get stern and end up feeling terrible for doing so. This is a four-star resort. It should be five-star!
