First trip to an all-inclusive. Overall, the hotel was beautiful. I cannot emphasize how helpful and friendly the staff was from start to finish! The food was delicious and the drinks (although not very strong unless you request them stronger) just kept coming. I sincerely had one of the best and most relaxing vacations of my life here. As expected "All-Inclusive" does not include EVERYTHING but I knew that going in. I never paid for any food or drinks at all....and trust me I ate and drank plenty! However, several items in the minibar are not free. The only free alcohol in the room is four beers in the fridge and they only restocked the fridge about every other day. I was expecting more than that. Of course anything at the spa costs extra and certain luxury beds near the pool must be paid for. All water activities are at an extra cost. The only real "complaints" I could come up with were these: The lifeguards do not let you swim out very far in the ocean at all....and they really get on you if you go farther than about 50 feet. I thought that was stupid. The Hotel south of the resort is very loud during the day but wasn't really wasn't too much of a bother. And as said earlier, I wish the minibar had a little more booze. Other than that, my week was absolutely great....I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to relax. I went with my girlfriend in July. The resort didn't come off as being crowded at all. I never had to wait in line for anything. The guests were almost entirely other couples varying in age range from mid 20's - late 40's. Although the resort was advertised as "adults only" I did see a couple families with small children but they never bothered us. Strongly recommended and I'm really looking forward to going back next year!
