We wante I change our reservations to the following weekend and the employees did not know what to do. It took 48 hours for the manager to return the call and the only thing he offered to us was to pay a cancelation price of the entire stay. So basically, "lose your money and book another stay with us". How accommodating. The customer service at the hotel is terrible. The shuttle is always full and they will leave you if you are 2 minutes late. The hotel is very nice. It is not too far from Duval. If it weren't for the unbelievably terrible customer service, I would have given this hotel 5 stars.
