Excellent value for the location.

Definitely a modern boutique-type hotel. The location is great - walking distance to the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market. Also a very short walk from the light rail station if you want to save money traveling from the airport to the hotel. Although the rooms are very small with tiny bathrooms - the prices are far better than most hotels in downtown Seattle. The beds are a little too soft for my liking but the rooms (and the hotel overall) are very clean. Also, being in downtown, noise may be a problem for some.
