Urine-soaked mattress covered up with clean sheets

We discovered in the middle of the night that one of the mattresses in our room had a very large, wet urine stain, because it began soaking up through the clean sheets on the bed after we laid on it. The lady in the office refused to give us a discount and accused my 16 year old of wetting the bed himself. Her extreme rudeness and refusal to listen was uncalled for. This is not what I expect from a AAA-rated motel. Also, there is no pool, contrary to the listing which states there is one. The breakfast is very minimal, no coffee, and the ice machine is broken.
