Stayed at Melia June 10th - June 15th with my 2 teenagers. Wasn't very crowded. Just the way I like it. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and on the beach. Loved that you could snorkel & cayak for free. You have to pay for the Jet Skiing. There was only 1 jet ski available, but as I said they were not too busy. If they were busy I may have not been as happy. The staff was really friendly overall except the front desk people. Never once saw one of them smile. Was afraid to ask them anything. My favorite was Inrique at the Lobby bar! Beautiful grounds, beautiful beach and plentiful food and drinks. Fun theme nights in the Lobby....ie Casino night. Cool LITTLE disco outside the lobby and great show they put on at the hotel. This hotel felt really cozy because it is not super large. You get to know people pretty well. Not a big party hotel at all, but if you want nightlife just hop in a cab to the downtown area for $7.00.
