Very nice and comfortable rooms.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable villa. Probably one of the nicest hotel I've been to, with very beautiful scenery. Most of the staff was friendly but I felt a lack of help from the travel and transportation staff, who made me feel unwelcome and together with the front desk, the staff seem unwilling to help. Besides that, the villa is located in a very convenient location where I just hopped onto a cheap bus ride to Universal Studios and Wet 'n Wild. They also provide shuttles to DisneyWorld so that's a plus. It was overall a fun and enjoyable stay.
