They had some issues getting us checked in, but I think they were new, so maybe that was it. They didn't have the rooms that we had reserved, but we were able to work it out. The beds only had two pillows that weren't very fluffy and when we asked for an additional pillow they said they didn't have any, so that was a bummer. But we didn't spend much time in the room and it was only one night, so nothing terrible.
