Disappointing experience

First of all, the property wasn't represented well online so we were surprised to find it looked like an "apartment complex turned hotel". We went to our unit only to find a "Do Not Disturb" on the door. It was already occupied by someone not checking out for days! Our second unit proved unacceptable when just minutes after unpacking we found the shower nozzle "shot out" with water was spewing all over the bathroom. The third unit (in less than an hour) was OK - mostly since we were finally into a unit with no catastrophes. The desk clerk was friendly but not really able to make amends for our poor experience.
