The Staff was very good at checkin, and room service

Overall when I entered non smoking room I smelled smoke throughout, the mattress sunk in the middle and went I went to turn on air conditioner unit, a lot of insects gathered in corner, carpet was not clean, overall service by staff good room quality and conditions need immediate upgrade will not plan on returning until rooms meet the staff, in service
