Just a block off the harbor, and right next to Beacon Hill Park and the Royal Museum. As an added bonus, Spagetti Factory is right across the street as well! Staff was friendly, and breakfast was very good at a respectable price. If you're there on Sunday morning, definitely reserve a spot for the buffet brunch. Well worth the price!
