I read the reviews before we went & expected a mediocre situation, i was happily surprised! We had a terrible first day in MA, mugged. The staff went above and beyond to make us reassured. They helped us file report then came out to an unscheduled stop to get us. They have a wonderful shuttle service to the nearest public transportation station, airport, bus/train station. The shuttles leave frequently until LATE, then you just call & they'll come get you. Breakfast was nice, there are vending machines and decent restaurants next door- they also delivered. Room was clean, beds were SO comfy! The noon check-out was nice as well
