This hotel's location was great and central to both River Street and City Market. The concierge was also great and very helpful with helping us book a ghost tour and carriage tour. However, we had constant issues with parking and and using our hotel room keys. You have to have a hotel parking key card to access the parking garage. Upon our entry, we couldn't get the gate to open with our key, so in order to not cause a traffic jam, we had to circle the entire block, go in and have them give us a new key. We came and left the next day with no problems. However, on our way out of town after we checked out, the key didn't work again to get out of the parking garage and after several attempts and approximately 20 minutes later, a hotel employee finally came out and used their own access card to get us out of the parking garage. We also had issues with our room keys. They had to be re-activated THREE times during our 2 day stay. Bottom line: Great hotel for the location and price however very difficult to deal with not knowing if you are going to be able to get into your room or in and out of the parking garage. Perhaps a new key card system is in order.
