I felt welcome at this hotel.

My experience was okay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a great selection of eggs. fruits, omlets, breads, and drinks. The coffee was the best I had in a long time. The lunch was also good but not as good as the breakfast buffet. The dinner resturants were not up to par. The food was not prepared to my taste and of poor quality. If it was not all inclusive I would not have eaten at any of these resturants. The maid service was very slow. Some days my room wasn't made up until late in the afternoon around 4 & 5 PM. The casino had an excellent staff and enjoyed my gambling there. The beach and pool area was always keep clean. Some of the other hotels were not as clean. My biggest complaint is they let the birds fly into the resturant area and let them eat off the tables. This is very unsanitary. Since I had an illlness this past year I can easily catch an infection and this birds could carry an infectionous disease. But overeall my experience alright but I would think twice about returning. Although I would recommend to anyone who hasn't experienced this kind of vacation.
