My family and I enjoyed our first trip to Virginia Beach at Turtle Cay Resort. We had a one bedroom suite, which included a living room, full kitchen and a large bathroom. The king bedroom was very comfortable. As we wre traveling with two teens, we also needed the fold out couch and a rollaway bed. Each room has a back porch that over looks the pool area. The unit was very well maintained and the pool area was very nice and clean and had lots of seating. The reception building is very nicely decorated, staff was very helpful and friendly. We did need more bedding and an extra frying pan. It took staff a bit of time to locate these items, but they were delivered to our room. The hotel is across the street from the ocean. The boardwalk is wonderful. You should rent a family bike! The restaurant directly across the street (Mahi Ma) is very good. The jets are noisy, but we did have a great time and would definitely stay at Turtle Cay again. There is free WIfi in the lobby, but a charge if you use it in the room.
