I have sent a complaint to Harrah's. The room was not clean or close to what was shown on their website. WiFi was not free. We had to go the Starbucks at the Aquarius(which was NICE) to use it and finally broke down and paid the fee at Harrah's for the WiFi which was super poor service. Over all it sucked. Would not recommend.
