Had a problem with hotel staff locating my reservation. Made phone call to hotel 4 days prior, after talking to several people, reservation was located, another call 2 days prior, same thing. At check in,staff unable to locate, I had to ask for that particular staff member that did locate reservation, she was able to come to front desk and help me. We had a wonderful stay, although there was a problem with hot water in the room. After a call to the front desk, problem was fixed. Room 619, hot/cold knobs in shower are backwards. Comp. breakfast, very nice, well maintained, suggest getting there either early or later to avoid rush. More than 2 guest, recommend rooms on end or hallway/by elevators, they are larger.
