I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and had some issues back then. I decidid to give them a second chance and i could not believe that i got the same horrible room with the same problems of a cold air conditioner and a desk attendant with a bad attutude and poor customer service.i advised the attendant not to put me on the 3rd floor to avoid the issue and sure enough i got the same thing.
