My heater made a very loud sound continously. Maintenance man was unable to repair the condensor. He indicated that he would notify the front desk about the possibility of another room. I called the front desk and Tony(Mgr) stated the hotel is full however, he could attempt to find another hotel furthermore, we could remain in the room and take a voucher. I agreed to take the voucher. He indicated he would have it ready at the front desk in a few moments. We went to the front desk an 1/2 hour later.He stated he did not expect us at this time therefore, it was not ready. I agreed to return after dinner for thr voucher.Opon our return the front desk clerk stated Tony(Mgr) was not present. She attempted to page him but, he did not respond. She stated that their was no evelope at the front desk however, opon his arrival she would bring it to my room. We never herd from the manager or clerk. During the process of checking out the the front desk mar was made aware of the situation from me. She was not aware and again their was no envelope for me furthermore, she indicated his offices was locked. I expressed my displeasure with room, lack of professionalism and follow through from the staff.
