They make it difficult to do anything. You can't just call the spa to make an appointment, you have to stand in line and then take 20 minutes for them to fill out the paperwork. Food is terrible, but they are happy to pour the alcohol so I think they hope you just stay drunk and don't notice. The property is too big. There's just nothing special about it. The beach isn't particularly nice either. And beware the resort credits. Ask exactly what they are good for. $750 sounds like a lot until you find out only part of it can be spent in the spa, and the $100 of it applicable to buying tequila gets you a gift pack of bad tequila - you don't to pick a nice bottle. There's a catch to everything. Be wary!
