Really depends on what you want out of a room

I am really torn on whether to recommend it or not. On the one hand, it is very inexpensive and in a fantastic location. It's Just a few blocks from Shinjuku station which makes it very well situated for just about anything you want to do in Tokyo, provided you are willing to learn the ins and outs of the train system in Tokyo (not too hard, actually) On the other hand, my room was tiny and cramped. I could hear every conversation in nearby rooms as if they were in the room with me, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Truth be told, I probably wouldn't pick it again. But if you just want an inexpensive place to stay in a spot that makes it very easy to get around Tokyo, it's not a bad choice.
