They are experts at hostility rather than hospitality for the business traveler!

I am not a high maintenance traveler, but I expect a little bit of professionalism from a hotel. This hotel in downtown Hartford does not cater to the business traveler. They do not deliver packages, or follow through on requests at all. The manager Rick, is beyond rude and will hang up the phone on you, when you voice any dissatisfaction.
