The housekeeping staff was very good. They serviced the room daily and, if you placed your "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, they called you later in the day to see you required towels, etc. The hotel handled a 6-hour power outage by providing a host of activities, complimentary tickets, and storage for medications needing refrigeration. You never even noticed that there wasn't any power! Very proactive!
