The staff at the desk was excellent. The bed left a little to be desired in the comfort category.

This hotel is in a great location right in the heart of downtown SF. The hallways were a little quirky and small but the room was very nice. The beds seemed to be the one area that could be improved. It seemed as though the springs in the mattress had just a pillow top sitting on top of them. Not that you could feel them but I was suprised the bed was not a bit more plush. I think it would be nice if the hotel had a hot tub but all in all for the money and location and excellent value.
