words can't describe how GROSS the room was. dirty! dirty! dirty! the carpet was literally torn up in 2 places. we may have gotten a deal on the room but it was a dirty deal for sure. aside from the room, the quality of of what i saw of the rest of the resort was okay. i regret not pursuing a room change when we got there.
