We stayed here on a family holiday for 5 days. The free shuttle service from Kowloon station made the baggage hauling easy, especially on our trip home when we could check the bags at the train station. The hotel is large, nice, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well-fitted and in good condition. The whole facility was VERY clean. The small charge to use the pool and fitness facilities seems unnecessary. One of the restaurants focuses on traditional Chinese cuisine - dinner there one night was excellent - but don't go with expectations of American Chinese Food. The restaurant also specializes in a Dum Sum lunch - this was a terrific experience. The hotel is in an oddly shaped hillside location, but don't let that be a deterrent. There is a large shopping mall attached to the hotel, along with immediate access into the subway system just a few meters from the lobby. The complex hooks into an elevated walkway that takes you through Mong Kok - including another MTR station and the Goldfish and Ladies outdoor markets - great fun for viewing, gawking, and shopping. The MTR stations make any point in the city quick and easy. Taxis are also plentiful and cheap.
