We knew we would like it here when we saw the handmade Hawaiian quilts in the entrance and hallway. Staff is very accommodating. We were moved from a 3rd floor pool view suite to a ground floor Koi Pond view suite next to the office. Our room had a balcony, so it was nice to sit outside in the evenings. A choice of 3 free breakfasts was available. Unfortunately there are no elevators to the 3rd floor making it inconvenient when you have heavy luggage. Free Wifi is in the lobby only, otherwise there is a fee. Parking seems haphazard around the property, but it is FREE!! There are 2 restaurants and a snack bar close by and the hotel has its own as well. The New Saigon and snack bar are reasonable priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay at the Kona Seaside next time.. .. This one does have elevators!
