This is my third experience at an Omni Hotel and the second time at this hotel. They are the worst hotel chain I have ever stayed at. They are rude from the time you walk in till the time you check-out. if you want to be treated rudely, this is the perfect place. I would have left and went to another hotel but everywhere else was booked. If I could give no stars, I would.
