My boyfriend and I chose this hotel because of the great reviews and proximity to Disneyland. We started the day off at Disneyland and walked over (yes, it is LITERALLY across the street from the Disneyland entrance) at about 2:45pm. We were hot and tired and just wanting to get to the room. The front desk clerk was so polite and nice and made sure we took some of the complimentary cookies, lemonade and fruit punch. The drinks were so refreshing! We had requested a room away from the street and we were given the room furthest from the street in the back corner. Nice! It was so quiet during our stay. The room was gorgeous. We had let the staff know it was my boyfriend's birthday and they put together a really nice birthday basket with ballons, a mug full of candy, wine, fruit, and even plastic wine glasses. To top it all off, they included a certificate for a free mini ice cream cake to the Coldstone in front. Within minutes of getting into the room and getting settled the phone rang. It was the front desk clerk making sure everything was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything else. This impressed both my boyfriend and I. The jacuzzi tub in the room made it a welcome respite from the sticky weather and throbbing feet. We stayed for 2 days and each day had breakfast. It was so nice. We ate on the patio. It was a serve yourself set up but all the food was really good. No complaints there. Overall, this hotel was wonderful. Exactly the place if you are looking for a break from the noise and crowds of Disney.
