If you don't want to pay extra for the all inclusive, this is a great alternative. We don't necessarily hang around a resort to get our $ worth in an all inclusive so we chose this hotel. You get an amazing breakfast with made-to-order omlettes, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, bread, pancakes or french toast, and various mexican options like beef, chicken, refried beans, and potatoes. They also have a few cold cereals, juices and great coffee. We grabbed bananas, yogurt and cereal for lunch and went out for dinner. The beach was well groomed and the rooms were clean. We had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The restaurant there was excellent, as were the restaurants near-by. I HIGHLY recommend Calypso for sea food!
