The hotel was excellent, except that I had reserved a double room with twin beds. When my daughter and \i arrived they only had a standard double with twin beds so we had to "downgrade" to a standard room. They would not give me a credit for the difference between standard and deluxe because I had not reserved directly thru them. That made a big difference in the cost!
